Their existing storage systems were outdated, leading to inefficient operations, safety hazards, and underutilised space.

 

The manufacturer required a comprehensive storage solution that could meet the diverse needs of their operations, from storing large raw materials to smaller components used in production.

Purpose:

Carton Live Storage

Purpose:

Improve picking efficiency for small parts and components.


Implementation:

Gravity-fed carton live systems were installed in key picking areas, enabling faster access to materials and reducing time spent retrieving items.
